Q: How do I place an order?

Q: What exactly happens after ordering?

A: We will process your order accordingly. If there are any discrepancies with merchandise, we will contact you before completing your transaction. You will be notified when you order is ready for release.

Q: How long will my order take to process?

A: All orders are processed within two business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for your delivery/shipped order. We will inform you of any significant delays in delivery/shipping.

Q: How will I receive my order?

A: You can pick up your order, request a delivery (to non-residential business/commercial addresses on Oahu) or have your order shipped to your location (shipping charges to be calculated after the order is processed).

  • WILL CALL – All orders are available for pick up at our store in Halawa, during business hours, at no additional cost. In-stock will call orders are usually completed the same day. We will notify you when your order is ready for release.
  • DELIVERY – We offer delivery to non-residential business/commercial addresses on the island of Oahu, Monday through Friday. Orders of $125 or more qualify for free delivery! All other delivery orders will be assessed a $10 handling fee.
  • SHIPPING – We offer shipping State-wide (for orders outside of the State of Hawaii, please contact us for additional information) via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, UPS and barge. Shipping, handling and insurance charges will be calculated after the order is processed. We will notify you of the shipping cost before completing your sale. Tracking information is available upon request.
    • GBC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Q: Which payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept all major credit cards while shopping online. In-Store, we accept cash, check, debit, Apple Pay and all major credit cards.

Q: How secure is shopping online?

A: All transactions are processed by Heartland Payment Systems. GBC does not keep any personal financial data.

Q: Will I receive an invoice for my order?

A: Yes, a GBC invoice for your purchase including applicable General Excise Tax and delivery/shipping charges, if any, will be included with your order.
